Quiet ceiling fan installation for Sydney homes in the Eastern Suburbs and North Shore.

We install new ceiling fans, replace old ones and swap lights for fans, with the right size, height and controls for each room.
Fans installed in bedrooms, living areas and new builds.
Existing lights swapped for a fan, with or without a light.
Weather-rated fans for alfresco areas and covered decks.
Wall controls and remotes so speed is always within reach.
A ceiling fan uses a fraction of the power of air conditioning and makes a room feel noticeably cooler.
Modern DC motor fans are whisper quiet, so bedrooms stay cool without the noise.
We match the fan to the room and keep the blades at a safe height above the floor.
Many fans have a winter mode that gently pushes warm air back down from the ceiling.
Every fan is fixed to a solid support and balanced, so it runs smoothly without wobbling.
Choose a fan with a light, or keep your existing lighting and add a fan alongside it.

Yes. In NSW, ceiling fans are connected to your home’s fixed wiring, so installing one is electrical work that must be done by a licensed electrician. It keeps you safe, protects your home insurance and makes sure the fan is properly supported, connected and tested. A plug-in pedestal fan is the only kind you can set up yourself.
In most cases, yes. We use the existing lighting circuit, fit a fan-rated mounting to the ceiling frame and add a wall control if needed. If you still want light in the room, choose a fan with a built-in light. We’ll also check the ceiling height, as fan blades must sit at least 2.1 metres above the floor.
DC fans are generally quieter, use less power and offer more speed settings, usually with a remote. AC fans are simple and reliable, with a wall control, and suit rooms where you just want straightforward operation. For bedrooms and living areas, most people now choose DC. We’re happy to help you compare options before you buy.
Yes. Most DC fans run on the same wiring as the AC fan they replace, so the swap is usually simple. The main change is the control: DC fans normally use a remote or their own wall control, so the old AC speed controller is removed or replaced. We’ll check the wiring and the mounting as part of the installation.
It depends on the size of the space. As a rough guide, a 52-inch fan suits a typical alfresco area, while larger spaces may need a bigger fan or two fans. Outdoor fans must also be rated for damp or wet locations, especially near the coast. We’ll help you choose the right size and position for your space.
